What happened to the Chrome thread from the other day?

Where he was getting multiple fatal errors per day. I am interested in knowing what his problem was with Chrome, if indeed it was a Chrome issue. Was it Chrome or his machine? A virus or a hardware issue? Since I have Chrome with no problems, I'd like to know the end to this story if there is one.
