Twinspires TV view with 8.1

Greetings,
I am experiencing a greatly reduced size on the display of Twinspires TV. This happens on a system using windows 8.1.

Same monitors were used with Win XP which produced a much larger display.

Twinspires Tech Support were unable to help. Also tried Dell Support and they also were unable to fix.

I also noticed that the display size is also much larger using Vista.

Could this issue be related to 8.1 and or Dell XPS8700?

Curious to find out if others are experiencing the same and how did they fix it.

Thanks

AH! I decided to try IE as opposed to Mozilla.

Screen size display for Twinspires TV is much larger using IE vs Mozilla.

I don't know about size display on windows 8.1, but on Windows 7 (at least for me) both IE and Mozilla Firefox are the same size. I use the 2nd icon, that says TV on it .

I don't recall having to unlock the zoom feature there, but am only using Firefox for about 6 weeks now and find out things little by little. It depends on the tech you happen to get but I would give Twinspires TECH a call. They have helped me with several issues in the past relating to computer and their tv/audio. Your mileage may vary.
