HandicapperPlus Desktop: Multicaps Imports are back!

Due to popular demand and help from several of you, I've reintroduced Multicaps imports to HandicapperPlus (Desktop only).

The only multicaps I tested came from several of you and a other users, so, if there are any bugs, please let me know right away and I'll get another update out.

For now, if you're a multicaps user, you'll want tonight's update.
