Mr. Z..broke his maiden first time out at Churchill, always in the money with more starts than any horse in the field. If it was anyone but Lukas I wouldn't touch him.

As bad as some of these horses look against the top tier, you'll never get odds like this on them ever again. So you might as well take a shot on them, even in the backdoor straight pools.

that is not the proper way to think if you want to make money. that's the way you think if you want to gamble and not care if you lose.

you guys are going overboard on this dosage stuff

Name one Derby loser (last half of the field is fine) that had odds of 20-1 or greater in their next race.

I like this take. Mike Smith sure talked up Bolo before the SA Derby and I've had it in the back of mind since then.
