Pace Enhanced Ratings by Jim Middleton

Long time member searching for pencil and paper method from ten plus years ago. Titled either PER or Pace Enhanced Ratings it was written by Jim Middleton
(who passed away a couple of years). I think it was written about 2000. I hope someone out there still has it. Willing to pay cash or trade for ??

Pls drop me a note or email if you can help...

Perhaps you mean to refer to the Total Pace Ratings (TPR) in Pace Makes The Race by Tom Hambleton? I've never read it but I know it exists whereas I've never heard of any handicapping author named Jim Middleton.

No...there indeed was a Jim Middleton, who lived in Santa Maria, California. I was introduced to him by way of the Phillips Racing Newsletter many years ago...and I kept in contact with him by phone up until he died.

He was a nice man...
