Question Off Track Betting Experience?

Considering opening a second ADW account. I already have Twin Spires. Looking at Off Track Betting .com. They offer rebates and takes customers from Minnesota. Not going to give up Twin Spires so I can have some access to the Churchill managed tracks.

Anyone have experience with the Off Track Betting .com service ? How did you feel they operate....reliable ? trustworthy ? signal quality ?

Thanks for your advice.
