I dont think the blame is that he wrapped the horse up, i think what bettors are questioning is why not vigorously hand ride all the way thru the wire? He seemed to 'dog it' in the final strides and got caught on line in the last dying stride. He might have been caught anyway, but at least finish strong, its only a 6.5 furlong race, not much to ask to do your job for a minute and 15 seconds.

His new agent is supposed to be working hard on his image, but 1 win in 50 plus tries, maybe he needs to work on other aspects of his game.

Sleepy
The latest nickname I have heard for KD is "Sleepy".
I trust that he is being breathalyzed regularly.
Shame that a HOF jockey has come to this.

He still has the exceptional talent and the potential for a comeback if he manages to defeat his personal problems.

Ever notice that everyone connected with Big Brown has had rough sleding?
Jockey..can't win a race
Owner...Lost a lot of money and got sued
Trainer...got a 10 year ban
If I see Big Brown at a farm I don't think I'll try to pet him.

After his "ride" in race 3 today, Kent should be banned FOR LIFE. No parole.
How can someone ever let this man have a license???
He stops riding 90 yards from the wire in a stretch drive for THE WIN!
Not 2nd or 3rd but for the WIN!!!
I wonder, what would they do to him in Hong Kong, if he did what he just did at SA, there.

SHARP POST
The bettors were absolutely cheated of half their winnings... He should be sanctioned for this but we know they won't.
There was a rider in Britain a couple weeks ago who dropped his hands near the line and got caught for 3rd by a nose, banned 14 days.. a suspension must be in order for the integrity of racing
