After a second email to Robin , he responded back to me....
"I have received several requests to parse these but it is a very big job. Chart Parser itself took over a year. Would you be willing/able to contribute to fund it?"
I responded back and asked ...How much? (with regrets)

FWIW, parsing PDFs consistently can be very painful.
I made an attempt at those same Equibase charts abt a 1.5 years ago and quit after I decided I was willing to pay for csv data. A company I used to work for spent a lot of money attempting to parse what were probably simpler (all tables) pdfs.

I am just wanting to have most of this leg work done for me. I am willing to pay anybody that can help me. I want to get result chart data files and be able to download them into a spread sheet. Very basic. I can print it out and write my own notes on it. I don't know where to turn and it's driving me nuts! If anybody can help let me know. Here is the basic view.

You want to go from a result data file to the sheet you attached (but in Excel rather than something you've written by hand)?

I can do the formatting for a spreadsheet in excel. I just don't know how to transfer that result chart data files into what I want.

I'm not understanding what you need. You want to get these handwritten charts like you attached into an excel file? To do that you're going to need to simply type it all in manually, there's no other way.

Looks like your options are to buy comma charts.
HDW has great comma charts - tons of information in them. I get them as part of HTR, so not sure how else they are packaged.

Thanks Tom. And with them I know I can call them and ask them if what I want to do is possible and they will tell me.

Blake...he said....."I don't have the bandwidth to take this on right now. It would take a considerable amount of work to collect all the possible variations etc. I'll keep you informed if I decide to move forward with it."
