What just happened at Tampa was very similar the horse the chalk was a dead speed and for some reason that made no sense, Bracho just takes his horse off the pace, predictability now out of his preffered running style he has nothing left in the stretch... was pretty much gifted the win...Or Bracho is just terrible so why is O'Connell using him?
