Yes. I often post after the start of the race: however the toteboard data I use to make the calculation is established as the horses are at or loading into the gate.
The factors that determine if this race was a bet no bet race was so close two decimal points were needed to make the final decision.
Trust me. When it comes to horses racing I only deal in the real world. If and when the time comes to actually bet I'll need a proper program to download a timely bet into the adw.
