that I was halucinating...in the minor stakes at S.A. yesterday...12/26....didn't see any whips or at least nobody using....but in the bigger money stakes...yes and yes....even tho supposed to be against the rules....but the fines not big enough to deter in those bigger money races???
If no whipping...then shouldn't even allow on the track...yes or no???
just an observation with alcohol involved....
