Great post...funny how the CAPTURED media fails to report on this...do they even have the "covid death tickers" running like when Trump was President?
I'm shocked the WSJ would run something like this...I guess they aren't completely captured like most of the other big-time outfits.
The same big-time media outlets that kept death tickers running while Bush was POTUS and Afghanistan was happening, but suddenly stopped running those after Obama was elected.
One day maybe enough people will wake up to what is happening out there.

If you look at how wealthy a lot of long term politicians get in this country it is shocking. They seem to accumulate wealth at 20 times the rate someone with a similar salary would.

Graft is the primary trade of many, if not most, politicians.

I think a lot of them are plenty smart, but misguided in their understanding of people. Many seem to be under the false belief that most people are a product of their environment, and the "less fortunate" never had a chance to succeed. They seem to believe most criminals are a victim of the system and could be rehabilitated. Also there are plenty of Democrats that vote with their wallet that are plenty smart. When I lived in California they had WIC stores, that I believe only sold items the government gave poor people coupons for on top of food stamps. If you own one of those stores and you make all your income off people on public assistance I could imagine you would vote for politicians who like handing out money for nothing. Voting for a Republican would be biting the hand that feeds you.

The dumbest ones can't hold a job in the private sector.

I have known quite a few public sector employees, lower to mid level, the standards many are held to is amazingly low while getting pay and benefits 2-3 times what the private sector pays. Have a friend from California who worked in state mental hospitals for 9 years and pretty much called in sick once a week for the whole time. Due to staff mandates a person would then work a double on OT to cover for him. He then gamed the system for a medical retirement. He was injured and needed arthroscopic shoulder surgery, but played up the supposed lasting issues. He ended up getting more money in retirement than working, all tax free. There are a lot of public employees that would not last a week in the private sector before getting fired.

Maybe before I was at Pace Advantage, my redneck friends and I called it polluted. Actually not really rednecks, just the guys in New Hampshire Newton Leroy Gingrich had to see about a moose when he was speaker.
