If McMichael claims self defense because Arbery tried to take the gun, wasn't Arbery acting in self defense with definite and imminent threat pointed at him?
McMichael and his father should get the death penalty.

For the last 2 hours, prosecutor has literally shredded the defense closing arguments and whole case methodically using the defense's own flip chart notes and video that directly contradicts McMichael's story.
In today's world of video and cell phone photos, you damn well better know what you are saying, every word.
These two seriously need to hang.

I didn't follow that trial much, I thought the guy who filmed it would be found not guilty, I guess not.

His defense was he was not very bright and didn't know what was going on, and he cooperated fully. Guess he isn't that bright...it was HIS video that finally got the charges filed and pretty much sealed the verdict.

He wasn’t the brightest light on Broadway now was he.
They used his video to convict him.
At least he had the common sense not to take the stand, unlike the shooter.
Who’s very words under cross convicted him.

Anyone who has any doubt about what Georgia law allows go back and listen to the judge's charge to the jury.
