The link below says that the USTA has revoked their membership, so I doubt if they can race in another state.

Methinks Eric Ledford will have to find another source of income, and fast. He's got a big fancy new home in Jackson, N.J...mortgage must be huge unless he paid cash for it.

What do guys like Ledford do when they get ruled off, anyway? Just work on somebody's farm?

A "stay" was applied for.
Whether grounds exist for that "stay" or will be allowed by the NJRC are to be seen.

In the event that the NJRC denies the "stay" the appelate courts also present a possibility of "stay" beyond the decision on the NJRC. (In recent instances the NJ courts have abided by "most" of the NJRC Rulings).

In the even that the imposed penalties stand firm?
ALL jurisdictions (state and/or province) honor these final decisions.

What makes these issues so confusing at the Meadowlands is the Freehold (per example) is not a public-owned (State of NJ) facility. Freehold has a RIGHT to deny or restrict access to the grounds as they choose. This right has not a thing to do with legal issues. (It's the same as deciding that you do not desire somebody in your own home).

A few of the folks that were "denied grounds access" at Northfield Park during 2005, were not assigned any suspensions, rather, they were just told that were no longer welcome at Northfield. (One; Pantaleano, is racing in NJ today.)
