Overall, static tissue like neurons do not often go through dysplastic changes..More often it is the connective tissue surrounding it that does like gliomas
Cells that turn over a lot are the most subject to cancerogenic changes (intestinal wall, blood forming cells, etc.)

Well I don't know about the media's mortality, but personality traits in my book suggest Lindsey Olin Graham & Willard Mitt Romney might be followers of Ted K & J McCain. Both exhibit the same sliminess.
