Just for the record, (I believe 0 for 4 now) my favorite Trump imitator lost again today.

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/kari-la...appeal-ruling/

But fear not, the nut said afterwards:

"I told you we would take this case all the way to the Arizona Supreme Court, and that's exactly what we are going to do. Buckle up, America!"

That's my gal. Do exactly like Trump and take it all the way to the SC... and lose. I'm beginning to feel sorry for her. She really needs help.

You're right man. Everything is kosher with every election (especially when won by a BIG (D)).

And the COVID vaccine is harmless and totally effective.

Joe Biden himself publicly stated that if you get the vaccine, you won't get COVID.

He and you are always 100% correct.

Never believe ANYTHING a right-winger says. They don't know what they are talking about, and they ALWAYS lie and are crazy nutty....and they are very poor and very sore losers.

The opposite holds true for all Democrats and especially our dear President Biden.

The lawsuit was based on what the court said was a false claim by Ms. Lake, a Republican, that more than 35,000 unaccounted ballots were accepted.

In a five-page order written by Chief Justice Robert Brutinel, the court determined that a vast majority of Ms. Lake’s legal claims, which had earlier been dismissed by lower courts, lacked merit.

“The Court of Appeals aptly resolved these issues,” Chief Justice Brutinel wrote, adding that the “petitioner’s challenges on these grounds are insufficient to warrant the requested relief under Arizona or federal law.”

But the justices on Wednesday ordered a trial court in Arizona’s most populous county, Maricopa, to conduct an additional review of that county’s procedures for verifying signatures on mail-in ballots, keeping one part of her lawsuit alive.

THIS is somehow a WIN?

130,000 alleged bogus signatures and Lake's airhead opponent won by only a 13,000-vote margin? Do the math. I'd say the odds are in Lake's favor.

Given ALL the denials by the courts, want to bet? Just a clone of the 61 efforts by the Orange buffoon that went absolutely NO WHERE.

You cannot win on a completely FALSE assertion

This was in February.
https://www.politico.com/news/2023/0...-race-00083400

quote: In a ruling on Thursday, the Arizona Court of Appeals wrote Lake, who claimed problems with ballot printers at some polling places on Election Day were the result of intentional misconduct, presented no evidence that voters whose ballots were unreadable by tabulators at polling places were not able to vote. The court said that even a witness called by Lake to testify had confirmed that ballots that couldn’t initially be read at polling places could still ultimately have their vote counted.

And while a pollster who testified on behalf of Lake claimed the polling place problems had disenfranchised enough voters to change the outcome in Lake’s favor, the court said his conclusion were baseless.

cool story bro, what about the signatures that DID NOT match and were overturned to count?

You're a day late and a dollar short. Better you pay attention to what the AZ Supreme Court said. The Appeals court talked about machine unreadable ballots, while the Supreme Court is talking about mismatched signatures on ballots. (Try to keep up.) And keep in mind that 130,000 of those alleged mismatched signature ballots were counted in the vote tally. So, all the audit has to do is to come up with a small fraction of those supposed funky signature ballots (about 10% more or less) and it's all over for Hobbs. If they come up with at least 11 or 12%, then depending on state election law, Lakes margin of victory would be sufficient enough to declare her the real winner. No new runoff election would be needed.

Did you see the dozen or so signatures from ballots, that were released as typical examples from the 130k, along with the actual signatures used for verification? Stevie Wonder could tell that they did not even come close to matching.
