70% of voters on election day were for Lake. Someone sent a spool message to printers changing the paper size configuration causing misreads. Even if not intentional, had major effect on outcome.
The probablity of judge ordering election redo is greater than zero.

that's what the pollster expert witness said for the plaintiff. the judge in this case got appointed in 2020 by Governor Jan Brewer, then in 2010 he got reinstated by an election vote and got 75% of the vote. Judge Thompson graduated from Brigham Young University, my guess is that this judge is a staunch conservative Republican. i would say that type of person would never allow a redo in a million years. she probably would have gotten one from a liberal koo-koo Democrat.

BUSH vs. GORE anyone?
Or how about JFK? You're old enough to remember JFK's election, aren't you?

People are interested because the demon rats are doing the same type of thing in many battleground states. Need to see how the enemy operates to defeat them.

JFK was the wrong winner in 1960. the democratic machine did the rigging back then 110%. this time around, the Republicans did the rigging and blamed the Democrats for their own failure to rig properly.
its really time to find new political parties, what we have now are the 2 parties working together to bring this place to hell.

Ho Ho Ho, Merry Christmas. Poor Kari Lake lost. Boo Hoo
Arizona Judge Rejects Kari Lake’s Effort to Overturn Her Election Loss
The ruling, after a two-day trial in Phoenix that ended Thursday, follows more than six weeks of claims by Ms. Lake, a Republican, that she was robbed of victory last month — assertions that echoed the false contention that was at the heart of her campaign: that an even larger theft had stolen the 2020 presidential election from Donald J. Trump.

Like I said, everything is fine now
Just like when they told you vaccinated people are better off than unvaccinated people who recovered from COVID (this is now a documented lie), they are now telling us our elections are safe, free and fair.

Consider that if 100% of people in the U.S. were vaccinated, vaccinated people would represent 100% of COVID-19 deaths.
79% of adults are now considered vaccinated as opposed to before when 50% to 60% were.
Only 14% of adults overall and 31% of older adults (65 years and older) have received the latest bivalent boosters, so sure the numbers will go up.
But vaccines and boosters still lower that risk substantially for severe illness and death from COVID-19.
And what have conspiracy theories about covid brought Republicans: Death and less voters for their side. In a nationwide study:
Strikingly, the researchers found that the median death rate for counties with the strongest Republican leaning was between 40% and 300% higher than the counties that leaned Democrat.
https://news.northeastern.edu/2022/1...id-death-rate/
In another study
A study found that excess deaths during the pandemic were 76% higher among Republicans than Democrats in two states, Ohio and Florida.
https://www.govexec.com/workforce/20...me-out/380245/
But what Covid has to do with free and fair elections is beyond me. I guess its Covid's fault that Kari lost.
