I think that’s been automatically attached to a bunch of articles even before he left office. It’s part of their automated fund raising schtick that gets attached whenever Trumps name appears enough times in an article.

Abbott won by about 10%
My congressman won by 35%
Lt Gov,AG, etc All Republicans, won big
Trump IIRC only took texas by 5 pts. That should be a clear signal to reject Trump going fwd
Trump was the best potus of my lifetime, hands down and no close 2nd. I wish he won 2020 but it is what it is. Since that election he's been no help to the country
It's kind of like going to a party, the host knows how to hold an awesome party. For the first 2 or 3 hours it's the time of your life. Then the host's narcissistic nature and difficult personality shows its ugly face.... Time to leave

Well Trump didn't drain it the first time and he just created his own swamp. Giuliani getting money from every crap country for "cyber security". DiGenova and his wife representing crap people because they're close to Trump. All people who I used to have some respect for.
And then there's Bannon who can rip off Trump supporters and get a pardon for it.
If Trump ever went back to the White House he be surrounded by the pillow guy and Roger Stone. No thanks.

I think Ross Perot had sharper people around him when he made all his money, not when he ran for President. Today President Donald J. Trump is going over the results, as is some sharp people that are close to him. That being said I believe he will come up with an informed decision that will the correct one.

No matter whether Trump ever would or could drain the swamp, he obviously made a lot of folks really uncomfortable. The MSM is more than happy to push the narrative that Trump backed candidates took a shellacking. Ask yourself why? Swamp creatures on both sides of the aisle have bright smiles on their faces this morning (no matter what happens with the Senate).
A red wave was a pretty unrealistic prediction because as I have pointed out before, we have a very indoctrinated and uneducated society and a very powerful MSM that pushes for one side. No matter what the issue is and no matter how wrong the narrative may be we have a large percentage of our population(maybe 30 to 40%) that buys into it. It is pretty hard to fight that. If this election wasn't the perfect illustration how difficult it would be for there to be a red wave I do not know what will be.
I don't care one way or the other whether Trump runs or doesn't. Even if he is the next President, I hardly would be holding my breath waiting for him to drain the swamp. Good luck with that.
I will say this if it does come down to Trump vs Desantis, things will get ugly and the bloodbath, imo, would likely hurt both of their chances.
