SCOTUS: another blow for freedom - recess appointments

The justices ruled unanimously that Obama exceeded his constitutional authority when he appointed three members of the National Labor Relations Board in January 2012. Four justices would have gone further in limiting the appointment power.

He can do that with a pen and a phone, can't he? I think I saw that somewhere in the Constitution.
He could make it a new cabinet department, and the Chief Justice could be the Secretary of Tribal Elders.

He needs Holder to help implement it (hopefully before the next election as he doesn't need any more of those and is just getting started with his agenda),

So does the Kourt order the postions vacated, or do they just offere an opinoin that laws were violeated adn do mothgin about it?
Does the Kourt have a single set of balls between the 9 unelected, unaccoutable degenrates who wear black dresses?
The Kourt is awaste of time.

Over 1000 decisions will be re-heard. The members were invalid and there was not a quorum. Heard an interview with the complainants attorney today.
Millions in wasted time and work.
