I suggest you go see a doctor, you are quite ill. There still must be plenty of psychiartrists along Mosholu Parkway or the Grand Concourse as there were when I lived near there.

Pay the fee/co-pay and park your soft fat butt on the couch. After an hour the good doctor will probably conclude you're self-hating and loathsome but at least it will his professional opinion offered in a quiet, safe and well-paneled doctor's office.
