Immediately corrects himself saying he doesn’t wan to exaggerate. Once again he uses th 3/4 of a million or 750,000 figure.
Later, on page 50 he uses the 750,000,000 figure. This time he doesn’t realize he has misspoken. And that is all it was.
Breyer has no reason to lie and any lie, to be effective has to be close to the truth. Nobody will believe that in a county of 330,000,000, 750,000,000 caught COVID in a single day. Thi s just another example of some Twitter numbskull making ludicrous claim and you falling for it.

Of course, Breyer has a reason to lie. He must advance the Biden agenda. Funny how lefties never lie -- they just "misspeak".
If a supreme court justice can't get his facts straight -- if that's a big mental challenge for the justice -- I'd say he or she is not qualified to hear the case.

Sotomayor got her “Dime store law degree” from Yale, where she was an editor of the law review. She wasn’t Cum laude, but her academic performance improved each year. You don’t get to be an editor of Law review by being an idiot.
Befor Law School she attended Princeton, another not for idiots school. Sotomayor admits affirmative action was a factor in her being accepted, but not the primary factor. Once accepted, she worked hard improved, and made the best of her opportunity.
I also hear she makes better burgers than you.

Shirely U. Jest. Princeton is the Queen of all the Dumb Down U's. And since she's very far from being the sharpest tack on the court, I'd say Affirmative Action played a huge part in getting accepted at Princeton.

Why do left-leaning people "misspeak" so much? Do they do it near as much when the Media is NOT around???
Surely a Liberal as "enlightened" as you can answer these questions.

She can't be too intelligent to launch such an obviously false statement as she did yesterday.
I don't care what her credentials are...she's a MORON.
Mosty...you simply missed the school bus way too often!! It shows in nearly every one of your post!!

Apparently, correct; to include Yale and her position as editor of the Yale Law Review, as well.
Miss Affirmative Action, 2009
Quote:
Though the Obama media have been ballyhooing her brilliance — No. 1 in high school, No. 1 at Princeton, editor of Yale Law Review — her academic career appears to have been a fraud from beginning to end, a testament to Ivy League corruption.

In video clips dating back 25 years, and now provided to the Senate Judiciary Committee, Sotomayor, according to the Times, even calls herself an "affirmative action product."
"The clips include lengthy remarks about her experiences as an 'affirmative action baby,' whose lower test scores were overlooked by admissions committees at Princeton University and Yale Law School because, she said, she is Hispanic and had grown up in poor circumstance."
"If we had gone through the traditional numbers route of those institutions," says Sotomayor, "it would have been highly questionable if I would have been accepted. ... My test scores were not comparable to that of my classmates."

Haven't they changed that to mail deliverer?
Are those unvaccinated at USPS going to get fired? Surely they watch the View and know once everyone gets vaccinated no one will catch it anymore

Even Politifact says Sotomayor’s number was way off --
Fact-checking Sotomayor on kids with severe COVID-19:
https://www.politifact.com/factcheck...vere-covid-19/
Quote:
"We have over 100,000 children, which we’ve never had before, in serious condition, and many on ventilators” due to the coronavirus.
|
Quote:
IF YOUR TIME IS SHORT
• The number of coronavirus-positive pediatric hospitalizations has risen with the spread of the omicron variant. However, Sotomayor’s number was way off.
• At the time she made this comment, federal data showed that fewer than 5,000 coronavirus-positive children were in the hospital. In fact, fewer than 83,000 children have been hospitalized for COVID-19 — cumulatively — since August 2020.
• There are over 100,000 cases among children, but scientists say that few of those are severe.

Are SC justices allowed social media accounts? I've never checked...but if they are, she should be banned for spreading COVID misinformation.
