Several races Im looking at before scratches today

All Fact, ML10-1. She likes to come from off the pace but is normally fairly well placed. All horses above her have negatives, either LO or neg class drop.

Magic Spell, ML12-1. I don't normally go this far down the line but guess what, every horse above her is off a long layoff. This one had a nice easy prep on the turf for this race and has done her best running at WO 7/ 2-1-1.

At the top of the line at 4-1 is
Rare Form, ML4-1. This one is taking a big drop today after showing speed in his last two races at 7F vs better. Should be on or near the lead today and was facing AlwOCl40000 horse this time last year at ElP. Seems well placed here.

Not Fade Away, ML6-1 Antivalue above him with long layoffs. Had a slight flash of speed in his last at WRD and takes a small drop in class here. Possibly this one sitting on a good effort.

East Rand, ML5-1. Horse above this one, the ML 6/5 favorite, looks solid but had a fairly hard race off a layoff in his last, hoping it may have taken a little out of him. #1 has definitely been facing better than this but also has a meager 1-20 lifetime record.

Blamed, ML 10-1. There are a few horses in here that look better on paper but are coming off layoffs. This one should be forwardly paced here and I love to get a jockey like John Velazquez at a price

Shadilee, ML 15-1. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my favorite #5scolding at 6-1 or the ML fav #1 Miss T Too 10-1 on my line, but my selection in here looks just as viable as those two but at a price. Love the 7F prep for this in last 1st off the layoff, was pressing the pace while 4 wide on the turn before easing off gradually, should be well prepped for this today. Also love when I can get jockey Geroux at a price at CD, caught a nice 17-1 like this on Thurs.

There is one horse in this race not off a layoff,
Dubai Was Lit third on my line at 4-1, ML10-1. This one raced near the lead in his last before being steadied at the 5/8 then still held on for third. Don't like that the jockey got off to ride the ML fav but this will build price, but I am going to demand a higher price than VCP suggests because of this
