I meant to post this the other day, but in the thursday edition of the Investor's Business Daily there is an interesting article on the topic. I cant link it, but it may be on the IBD website. It basically talks about how the architect of the system ( Claude Castonguay ) has changed his views, says the Canadian system is in "crisis" and America might want to pay attention. Ends up saying that is Castonguay is jumping ship, why should Americans bother climbing on board. Just one more wrinkle to the campaign trail i guess. rbj

I tend to agree with you. Government is a mess. Reps have ok ideas, they just dont work out in practice. Dems seem to have no clue either. rbj
