The person replies no. What is the logical conclusion? Was the person hindered or not?
Only a sycophant of a certain political party would give an irrational answer to the above question. What is your answer, was the party hindered or not?

She should have it together as well as he.

I am sure if Biden, held a high executive office, such as VP, the Russian interference in the 2016 election would not have happened. How do I know this? Biden told us that it would not have happened on his watch.
