Saturday war story

I actually turned a profit at the Fairgrounds-its a Festivus miracle!! This one sure helped:

Tenacious S.
1 Mile 70 Yards | Open | 3 Year Olds And Up | G STAKES | PURSE: $73,500
4 Cooptado (ARG) D. Cannon
T. Morley 36.40 12.60 6.60

After tossing away $240 on the 'Black Gold pick 5', and losing $200 on a race I didn't even like. This was an almost impossible sequence in my opinion(a $42 winner and the aforementioned Cooptado)

Sometimes I need to remind myself why I never play jackpot wagers-losing $240 is a good reminder, high takeout and the poor payoff makes it a lose, lose situation and I even have a business degree (I made $1200 on a $10 double on the card-much easier to hit-wish I would have spent the $240 on this instead of the black gold)

pick 5 carried over from Saturday so multiple people had it , carryover$171k. Those are some excellent handicappers who cashed. Pool was $71K and it paid $6693.00
