ALLDATA Issue

Hey Guys....

Have any of you seen an issue when you load a JCP file into Alldata?

The PP's are off......

I found that sometime after Mar 4TH that this started.....

I asked Ron at HDW about this and he said that the file hasn't changed in years.
I would say otherwise....

can anyone confirm this?

Thxs

Mike

No change in the data coming from HDW that I am aware of.

No change in the file build routine (that reads the HDW data into memory and exports out onto the hard drive as a .jcp file) that I am aware of.

Shoot me an email with a .jcp file attached -- or alternately, use the free area of the WeTransfer.com site to send me a few of your .jcp files.

I'll be happy to compare your .jcp files to the ones being generated at my end.

Will do Jeff....

I'm sure that you wont find an an error on your side because it would have been found out by now..

But maybe you can compare files before and after March 5th...

What exactly is wrong?
Do you have an original backup of Alldata?

Thx to Jeff , I found that I changed a setting pertaining to punctuation characters within JCapper

All is well now ...
