Programmer for Full Card Reports
John, thanks for your post. If you are interested in purchasing the business, you may wish to contact the programmer who wrote the code for FCR. His name is Keith Bruno, and he can be reached at the link below:

FCR is likely not licensed to use data commercially. Otherwise, they would have a logo on their site with the name of their source as licensed sites do.
It is likely they are using an electronic data file purchased under a consumer contract. Using that data to create a commercial product is prohibited by the Terms of Use for all the resellers of the data (BRIS, DRF, EQUIBASE, HDW, TrackMaster, etc...).
If anyone buys or takes over this business, I would advise them to contact the source of their data and arrange for a proper license. Otherwise, at some point their data source may be cut off.

Still no update so seems they are completely out of business ? These were such good reports for handicapping.
John - any luck with you trying to get hold of this business ?

Were they an authorized reseller of Equibase data? If not, there's your possible answer...

I doubt if they were authorized. I also doubt they had John Beaver's permission to take his program and create a business around it after he died.

Seems that would be quite strange considering they have been in business for at least 15 years, would it take that long for someone to catch on?

Hang in there for year or two and they will likely forget about it!

I know Equibase just did an audit of a number of companies that were reselling their data without a license so it's likely they were included in that group. I did reach out to FullCardReports to see if they had any interest in sublicensing Equibase's data under our licensing agreement, which we have the ability to do, but never heard back from them so I suspect they will not be coming back.

Is there any product similar to FCR? They were by far the best product for the price.

Its kinda similar but much harder to read.
FCR was great in its ability to get to the heart of a race quickly. I could put together a P3/4 in minutes.
- FTS in the 2nd spot were great
- Final Time/Par/FT Turf was solid for turf races
- Total above par
- Top Late in a race with pace
- Solid Early and Mid advantage horses
- Turn Time (TTR) ratings which were excellent
- Horses stacked with Purple Icons
That program allowed the user to interpret the data to find solid spot plays. Appreciate you directing me to this site. Its much tougher to read but I'll give it a try.
