It has ALWAYS been a political tool.
From Day 1, Hoover used it to blackmail political opponents.
Seems nothing has changed.
FBI needs to be revamped top to bottom.

There is a core of good work inside, but the leadership is rotten to the core.

Anyone who has paid any attention over the last year or so understand that.
If those agents were sending email praising Trump, it would make not difference.
There area rigid standards we need to adhere to in our day to day lives.
The FBI is not above the law.
