Racing or sports betting?

TVG seems to be putting sports betting ahead of racing.
TVG1 , the manin channel, the one MOST people get, wasting the first hour of live racing to cover football betting today.

Putting races on TVG2 where most people cannot view them

Foreshadow of things to come?
Back to the old days of live major races getting bumped for college softball like ESPN used to do? Racing in the back seat?

HRTV......we need you now.

$$$

Cept HRTV is now TVG.

I don't like it either, but money talks.
Sports betting is king - especially football - and will remain that way.

Speaking of sports betting, where's the sports betting at Freehold Raceway that they promised?

My poor brother has to drive all the way up to Monmouth from Pemberton Township to get down on the NFL.

Why would you have to drive to Monmouth when there are a dozen places offering online horse wagering at the click of a button? You're using the Internet now, maybe you could recommend it to your brother instead of
just making stuff up all day?

Everybody talks shit on the NFL, but it is the king.

In every major market and then some, with what is by far the biggest contracts for TV in all the land.

I'm a much bigger college football fan, but I'm as guilty as any in watching the NFL product.

My brother doesn't have Internet access. He hasn't even had a television at his place since they did the digital conversion in 2009.

buy a streaming stick and open a tvg account even if you dont wager through them. the streaming app of tvg and tvg 2 are great if you can deal with the 30 second delay

That's normal. No internet and no television but wants to bet on sports. Does he have a radio? You're weird dude.

On-line betting is allowed in Jersey.

All you need is a smartphone. You can bet minute by minute on many games and never leave your house.
