I don't think so.. it was clearly a hate induced crime ... at Berkley, you need permission to put a phone camera up into someones face.

Nobody stays 20 years old forever. Getting wisdom is something that takes time.
Anybody who was old enough and lived in the Buffalo area might remember the protests at the University of Buffalo in 1970 following the Kent State massacre. Students were on the campus side of Main Street, the cops were across the street. I think there was some sort of pact that said the police could not come on campus without the permission of the UB president, so they took to lobbing tear gas at the students. The students, who had no gas masks, tried throwing the tear gas grenades back at the cops. There is a lot more to the story but I'm sure you get the point.
Probably 99% of the people who were part of the confrontation in 1970 would never participate in such a thing today.

It's only with sick SOBs, such as you find on here,
that someone could post something about a hate crime,
while ignoring an extremely serious one such as this one:
