Ever hear of the Constitution? Specifically:
Article VI, Clause 2:
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
That’s what is called the Supremacy clause.it means Texas can’t tell the US what to do, and the US can tell Texas what to do. No court will rule against the Supremacy Clause.

The USSC has already weighed in

If allowed to go en banc, you know the texas law will hold up. If not, it won't

Hey mostpost, point of clarification.
Is the Constitution you reference the same one that allows us to keep and bear arms?

And there are different interpretations of the Constitution (which is the single most important role of the ussc I believe). In the border case Texas has made their case, which mosty can look up. I'm no lawyer but this will either be settled via en banc 5th ckt, made up of 17 R vs 5 D appointees, or by the ussc. Not a slam dunk for either side but I like Texas chances

No! The only thing SCOTUS weighed in on was whether Texas could enforce the law while its constitutionality was being adjudicated. SCOTUS said they could, then the court of appeals said they couldn’t. Again.

Yes, the one that says, a well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

And to quote some unknown internet asshole, the SCOTUS has ruled on it. Again.
You seem giddy that countless mental patients, terrorists, gang members, and disease carrying scumbags are gettinga free passage into the country.
Are these guests you invited to a family reunion this summer?

A repub idea. Hoover tried to blame the Depression on Mexican Americans and instituted "Mexican Repatriation," to deport thousands.
Need a scapegoat? Look for poor people.

Don't you wish. Start reading from the 5th paragraph, down. "The legal case is far from over"
I'd go into detail but your allegiance to all things political keeps you from seeing straight
