Perhaps it's not comparable, but for Del Mar I used AirBNB twice this season and for me it's perfect.

There is a website to which I subscribe..
http://www.homeaway.com/
This is an excellent source to find and book vacation rentals.
If you need assistance in mapping out locations as to proximity to the track or Saratoga Springs itself, I am very familiar with the area. I know roads, where to park, where to go eat and the best shortcut to Turning Stone should you want to run out there and play some poker or black jack...
PM me if you have any questions.

Used this company twice. Very good selection and prices are variable according to location:

We used it. We stayed in a house on Glen Lake which is just north of Glens Falls.. About 25 mins from the track. The owners are very nice people. The camp has 3 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa in the living room.
It is on the lake. Nice dock, grill and fire pit.
Good sized driveway so parking is not a concern.
Here it is...
http://www.homeaway.com/vacation-rental/p137032..
It's 2 miles from downtown Glens Falls.

Homeaway is good service. At least from my view.
I like stuff that's simple and compact.
I'm a one stop shopping kind of a guy.
Homeaway for is one stop shopping.
The site does not bug the crap out of users with frequent emails or surveys.
