In 2015, Gates warned about a potential viral pandemic--see YouTube for the video of his presentation. He urged governments to prepare for it.
Cuomo supports the idea of off-label usage, similar to Trump. What's Newsom said? Or are you talking about Gov Edwards in LA?

I can not understand how the Governor of NY banned hydroxychloroquine.
I believe of the total number of deaths inside New York a percentage of those who died could have been saved by this drug. Hey if someone is heading south fast hydroxychloroquine should be a option a doctor and patient has. The Governor is a moron.
