Seriously?
Won again tonight and is now 19 for 26 at MNR (73%) over the last two years. Interesting that he missed the board twice, only two times he was over 8-5. Pretty legit.
Whittingham, Frankel, Mott, Patterson.

1991-2001 223 starts 13 wins at 5%...Returned to training in 2010 and off the layoff has won 320 races from 844 starts at %37. Just needed a little freshening...

This is the kind of thing that tells me this game will not exist in 10 years. No one is policing the game. There isn't an iota of trainer/owner/player protection. This stat apparently alarms no one. Nothing to see here. Only in horse racing could this kind of thing happen unchallenged.

The Lance Armstrong types exist at every level of the sport. And some are considered to be too big to fail IMO.

Is it nothing can be done or there isn't an appetite by track executives to deal with this? I can't believe the tracks are happy to have this guy "stealing" all of their purse money and then betting his horses down to 1-5 in every race and winning by a pole. How is this good for their product? It may add additional horses, which everyone wants, but at this price?

....and where are the other trainers and owners? Every single trainer should scratch in every race this guy enters a horse. I think that might send a message.

They don't test for whatever they use whether it's during a race or working up to a race. The whole thing is a crock of B.S.
If you owned a lab and were like 3 weeks behind in testing and haven't had a day off in months at some point you would think "maybe we'll just pass everyone to catch up" We still get paid and nobody gets in trouble. That's reality IMO
I don't have a solution. I just factor it in to my handicapping.

Pretty sure he is a beard for one of the guys banned from CharlesTown, can't remember the name. Could be wrong though, I'm sure someone will know better than me.

Then Patterson would win at a 100% clip.

If you are referring to Scooter Davis you are wrong. Scooter is happily married and living in Ocala, he breeds horses, pinhooks them and trains them as well and has not sent any to the track under his or anyone else's name.

No, not him. I don't believe Scooter was ever really a CT guy, was he? I'm sure he ran some there but I always thought of him as a Mountaineer guy.
This guy maybe:

Hay, oats and water. Just have to use the right hay, oats and water. Either that or he just spots his horses where they can win, yeah that's it.
