What does Monty Hall say about this?

Apologies for the last reply.
Schedule S (Form 1120-F) Exclusion of Income From the International Operation of Ships or Aircraft Under Section 883?

https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i1120fs.pdf

This will tell net worth, leverage, and inflated assets for falsifying loan applications to banks? or is there some other lead that could be found in that form? like maybe they admit to being an agent of a foreign government in that form?

Well the IRS ONLY looks at the figures and facts...
They need the Left and MSM to interpret and read between the lines.

1099-S

Apologies.

Schedule E would be the major one.

Finally yes just those two forms would give you a pretty good idea of what he's actually worth... His claims to Billions and Billions of dollars is based on the property he owns... He's pretty cash poor by his own admission which is fine but...

Knowing how much he's paying in finance costs makes it pretty easy to work backwards.

And you'd be...

Without knowledge of how each and every loan is structured... your just miss reading between the lines. But that's what the whole Trump Tax thing is about.

No really...

Most business loans tend to follow relatively similar structure...

I wouldn't know though... just in the lending business.

And this is important to know because......

I would be more interested in knowing how people like the Clintons and Obamas go into office broke and come out millionaires.

Do you have much experience on owning land under apartment complexes that have 99 year leases? or leasing land for 99 years and then spending $250 million on a building on this?

You're more interested in two people who aren't President than the person who is?

No.

To the first though it doesn't matter if the underlying property is leveraged it will still be reported on your taxes.

To the second I doubt anyone is giving Trump a 99 year lease... like I said before... he has to go to places like Duetsche Bank to attain financing.

He's not a good risk for investors.

I'm sure your qualified to plug in Joe and Jenny info to search out a loan for their double wide or track house as the case maybe.

But are quit over your head when it comes to commercial and international financing.

Your conflating Trump the person and Trump Inc. Trump the person would get a 1099 from Trump Inc. Trump's Accountant would take that minus his expenses... applied appropriate deduction ect and file them. Trump Inc. would file Corporate Taxes separately.

Answer the first part of my question.
Why should I care about his tax returns.
He didn't get rich on the job like the other did.
