What is your opinion on the in R2? Ran a deceptively good race in a huge field last out...beat 9 horses. I see you have singled the on your P4...ballsy move in a tough baby race.

I'm making one bet today.
In the 7th race, Picou has to overcome wide draw but this field lacks speed in a major way and with the long run to the first turn, he should be able to get over.
Chad Brown is on absolute fire and Picou does his best running on softer ground.
Betting him to WP and a pick 3: 2/4,5/2,4,8
Be very careful with the 2 in the last.
Lines are nowhere near as good as they look and the speed ratings guarantee a very short price.
Good luck everybody,
Ben

I hardly ever follow the money on a first timer.

This 6 Smarteralex could possibly break his maiden in his 40th start..He ran an 82 late pace to finish only 3 lengths back..Stretches out a half furlong. Coming back in 9 short days..

and to wp and exacta box...Back up bet.. /
I'm hoping the early speed backs up a little here going 6.5 furlongs..Hopefully the 4,7 and/or 8 make the nine work for the lead.

I have no idea how you could come up with this totally hopeless horse and miss a first time starter that wins. Are you pressing in the contest?

Your right..I effed up with the mutakddim first time starter. The nine looked like the easy leader according to the pace figures..Either you loved the nine or you had to go totally against him. I've hit some maidens before that were 0 for 25. I just picked a freud first timer in the 4th and I got beat in the last 20 yards. What can you do??

I had no intentions of betting the fifth race but at this price, Remorse is worth a bet.
Horse looks beautiful in the paddock and I've never seen him looking so healthy.
Could get ultra brave from the rail.

Cmon now CJ...I'm down 10 units and there's still over 200 races to handicap.

Congrats on smoking out two $3 horses. Picking Smarteralex is the definition of pressing.
Any of the darts in the other thread connect?
