He found Wade was not believable but didn't think Willis benefitted. So he didn't find a direct impropriety but an appearance of impropriety. In the end, this delays the case quite a bit AND Trump gets to use this ruling against Willis and her prosecution team at trial for purposes of showing a witch hunt.
Honestly, Willis is so dumb and blinded by her hate that I'm not sure if I'm Trump that I want her removed from the case. This ruling in a perverse way could help Trump more than any other ruling.
