Cave Rock wins the Runhappy Del Mar Futurity (G1) in 1:20.99

Insane race from a Baffert 2YO. The guy makes me puke with ANOTHER horse of a lifetime.

I also see that TVG has their facts checker going over their tweets.

1:20.99 for 6.5 furlongs won't register as a timed workout in most jurisdictions.

This one was sired by one of his other horses of a lifetime.

Arrogate also sired the winner of the Del Mar Debutante yesterday. Not sure if a sire has pulled off that double before.

From his 2 crops it looks like Kentucky lost what would have been a productive stallion.

Guess I have to have my own fact checker for PA posts.

Who'd have thunk the OV would post the horse's previous race rather than today's?

I was just impressed he embedded a tweet that wasn't his own. Not sure I'd ever seen that before.

Alydar in 1983, only because Althea won both races.

Nice work. Lost Kitty (by Magesterial) did it as well 2 or 3 years later.
