If you are passing a bill for emergency aid, then you do just that.
As soon as you add $1 for ANYTHING else, you are not passing an aid bill, you are a scum sucking low life liar (read: democrat) taking advantage of victims to fleece the American taxpayers.

The irony is that this was one of the quietest years for Atlantic hurricanes in years. They claim the Gulf's warmer waters caused the Florida disaster. Going back a few hundred years, there were similar storms. This was a cat. 4 hurricane at landfall. Cat.5's, though not common, have occurred several times.
These idiots grasp at anything to support their narrative. One could say the sun's simply growing larger, and make as much sense on climate change.
