Milkshaker Registered User Join Date: Jul 2007 Posts: 408	What is the takeout rate for the KDFW? Anyone know, please? Ten minutes of Googling and I give up. Closest I could find on KDFW site: "Takeout shall be deducted from each gross pool as stipulated by law."
