No better bet than this. It amazes me nobody in this industry ever comes on this board and promotes a mandatory payout. When I checked the carryovers, equibase gives no indication at all. But I saw how high the carryover is getting so, I said to myself let me check the twitter feed of their track announcer. There it was. I have to be a detective to learn that there giving a way that kind of money in a mandatory payout.
