All is not lost.......
Maybe they can serve as psychiatric treatment facilities for
those who became deranged over COVID-19 lockdowns?

By Rue , do you mean apologies? You just requested an apology a few days ago.
You're racking up apologies like tlg racks up lunches.

Last time I looked, rue means regret.

Exactly. They won't be able to just distance themselves from this like they usually do when things blow up in their face.

Formal Apology Requests.
All I'm saying, I'm not suggesting that you do it. Each member has a limit on apologies.
Monthly, annually?.
Like 3 times a year max.

Who would "you guys" happen to be?
Are we, according to you, a united front responsible for economic destruction?

The 1,000 bed Naval ships were hardly used, as well.
USNS Comfort (NYC) treated 182 (left for home).
USNS Mercy (LA) treated just over 70 (Gavin Newsom still holding on to it; looking to use hospital medical workers elsewhere).
Navy hospital ships, once thought critical, see few patients
