Ok here is the scariest quote from the Daily Mail article on this:

"But Couric writes in her memoir that she thought the justice, who was 83 at the time, was 'elderly and probably didn't fully understand the question.'"

So she was inept and brainless in her final years serving on the Supreme Court???!!!!??????

Hasn't Katie Couric's very existence proven conclusively that one needn't be 83 in order to lose control of his/her mental faculties?
