Waiting for the day 10 years from now when a Capitol Police officer dies of natural causes and his death gets blamed on 1-6.
we used to be a government of the people, but we have become a government of the government beholden to corporations. NAFTA was a Bush 1/Clinton program designed to sell the worker out and enrich corporations. Morphed into outsourcing to Asian third world countries. All in a bipartsan way.

If there are that many examples as you say, then please humor me and post one. Just one. I've honestly never seen a truly violent act at J6. You know, like a molotov cocktail, or fists flying, or a knife being brandished, or a gun of any type. Just post one.

Approximately 140 police officers were assaulted January 6th at the Capitol including about 80 U.S. Capitol Police and about 60 from the Metropolitan Police Department.
Approximately six individuals have been arrested on a series of charges that relate to assaulting a member of the media, or destroying their equipment, on January 6th.
The above is from a report six months after Jan.6. There have been a lot more since.

Their “displeasure” with their government is manifested in how staggeringly low the approval ratings are for their representatives in Congress. And yet, incumbents have a 95% re-election rate. Instead of demanding better at the ballot box, we simply and indifferently endorse the familiar.
And thus we get the government we deserve.
