Steelers
What happened to the Steelers? First play of game, Brown's get a touchdown. "Roth-Burger" looks like he had too many "chees-burgers"?

Steelers have had a good recent run of 15 years. 2 Super Bowl wins, playoffs most years.I suspect that Ben's at the end of the road ,he led the league in pass attempts of under 10 yards,(almost 60% of his throws).Still one of the best,if not the best, organizations in football but they may have a transition period of a few years to recoup.

WTF!?
Browns did it! Started out fortunate and fast, and kept a foot on the gas.

Yea. Transition (until another 'run' soon! , hopefully).
Failed to keep up that tradition of dominant linebackers and running backs.
Ryan Shazier was a tough break, but the Steelers had already been getting off the path of that tradition, and the league has evolved a bit as well.

Unfortunately, appearing to many to be an indomitable force after initially going 11-0 they were eventually exposed for being one dimensional and severely lacking a running game with any teeth or real traction of any kind.

I don't think I've ever seen a team implode so badly after getting off to an 11-0 start.
Closed out the regular season by losing 4 out of their next 5.
And in their home playoff game:
Found themselves down by 7 as a result of a bad snap on their first play from scrimmage.
Found themselves down by 14 after an interception on their second offensive series.
Found themselves down by 21 with about 4:40 left in the first quarter.
Threw an interception on their next offensive series, and found themselves down by 28 with about 2:00 left in the first quarter.
Ben did finish the game with over 500 passing yards.
But Imo, any time a team runs 60 plus offensive plays with their quarterback in the shotgun formation - they are basically telling the world we don't have a running game.

Inability to run the ball in November December, especially in the afc north was a major issue.
