The video at Twinspires agrees.


The Chart indicates that "CITY MAGIC" was #7.


Everyone agrees that #7 came in third.


I'm so confused. Any idea what's going on??

Solid question, all entries & the race itself have him listed as Dallas' Hiccup, but soon as the charts came out it's been City Magic & Equibase only has a record of the latter in its search now. I know I asked a question several weeks ago about horses having their names changed by owner request and was told this can happen at any time up until they have started, maybe this was the latest of late in changes & didn't get processed until the day of? Would be interesting to hear the story behind this if anyone has more info.

The #7 in race #1 is listed as Dallas Hiccup', but when you click on his name you get City Magic. I guess that there was a name change right before the race.

Thanks to both of you for the information and link. I suppose that a record of name changes exists, but I don't know how to find it. Oh, well.

At bottom of chart, it states that City Magic raced as Dallas' Hiccup and then renamed.

I don't see that on the Brisnet Instant Chart or the chart at Twinspires. Your source sounds better -- where do you get your charts? Thanks.
