Independent audits indicated the possibility of illegal activities. A strong enough possibility that indictments were handed down. When you catch the fox in the hen house, you do not leave him in there until you prove he is killing the chickens.

In any case, those who were found not guilty were given jobs elsewhere in the Federal Government.

Interesting point, which does not seem to apply to the Clinton Foundation, Clinton Global Initiative and the massive CORRUPTION and MONEY LAUNDERING.

Hillary says that the State Dept. system for marking classified information is too hard to understand.

If it is too hard to understand, why didn't she fix it while she was in charge?

She can't figure out that "C" stands for "confidential", she can't take the trouble to find out what it means or to make the system clearer, but she is smart enough to run the government?

I saw that on the news last night - if that's correct, how does she now square that with what she said in her FBI interview - there was a reason she was not under oath. Question, isn't it still against the law to lie to the FBI whether you are under oath or not?

Just found out that the newly dumped emails indicate that a senior aide for Hillary sent questions to Democratic Sen. Robert Menendez, who at the time was acting chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee to ask Hillary during the first Senate Hearing on Benghazi.

I don't see that this is bad. Anyone appearing before any committee of Congress should have the right to tell their side of the story. The only way they can be assured of doing that is if they are asked the right questions. The Republicans had ample opportunity to ask their gotcha questions.

If anyone was stage managing the inquiry, it was the Republicans.
