today Jeff Siegel had 3 winners with first host profit of $16.60 in 8 races
I hope this cuts a few off the beat all the hosts list

roughly 110 left in Sweep the Host Bonus
I will check again in a couple days to see if yesterdays is included - it says in rules that posted by Monday 5pm
I am still in the running. I hit the first race but had bet the first 2 because post time close. I tried to see if I could cancel 2nd race bet and start copying Jeffs on 2nd but could not tell so kept it.

I will be fully playing in this contest 02/02/19.
I'm not worried.
As for Sweep the Host I'm out.

One more week down of beating the host 3 weeks left - I counted 99 left on Wednesday for the sweep aspect.
This week 2 bombers and 3 odds-on and a 3/2.
Steve Byk had a $5 winner and scratched horse.

this week had some derby preps and big fields - Ron Nicoletti picked a mix of odds-on and longer
winners paid 21.20, 26.60, 2.20, 3.40, 7.00, 25.00, 4.80, 34.40
Ron had the 2.20 and 3.40, I got the 7.00 (had to fade a claim of foul)
it will be interesting to see how many are still alive in the 'sweep the host' with 2 weeks left

there were 69 alive in sweep the host going in
Tom Guigley picked longer shots most in the 12/1 plus ML and had no winners (but a 2nd in last at 14/1)
pay-offs were 8.00, 7.60, 7.40, 7.60, 3.80, 59.40, 6.80, 3.40
so I suspect most of us are still alive going into last week

in week 8, Eddie Olczyk had a winner at $12.60 and a couple close calls.
I beat the host again for a sweep of all 8 weeks ... about 45 of us did splitting the $5K, if I understand the rules.
