Who Doctor Who was one BADASS horse too. 33 wins in 64 starts and absolute legend in the Midwest.

Funny to see WDW's name on here. My dad used to run horses at Fonner and Aksarben back in the day and I was sitting at the races with him and his buddies and asked who one of their more memorable horses were from that era they used to watch in person and all of them mentioned this horse. 54 itm finishes in 64 races...impressive.

Never got to see Who Doctor Who but remember hearing a lot about him.

Another obscure bred from around that time I did get to see was Little Bro Lantis and im sure he raced at Canterbury.

I'm pretty positive she did. It was a match race I believe. Wasn't bet on. I wonder if that is why it's not in the DRF.

Nope I'm wrong she didn't beat him. I could have swore she did. Damn Alzheimers. But it was a match race so I'm not a total loss lol.

I'm 99% certain a match race never occurred between these two. It would have shown up in the PP's. Match races and walkovers are still in the PP's. I followed both of these runners in the '80's and would be shocked if I didn't remember such a race. David Miller misrecalled it. It was a match race with Explosive Girl at AKS.
