The Kavanaugh Diaries

Notes from Special K's diary as he takes his rightful spot on the bench.

Tuesday, Oct 10, 2018

They assigned me a seat this morning. I'm next to Sonya.

Got fitted for my robe. It is all black. I'll have to give Donny back the white one he sent over. Drat. Fit so nice.

Me and "Tommy" cornered Sonya in the locker room. Too bad Ruthie came by and we had to leave. No one else saw us.

Speaking of "Tommy," lessons learned, never take a can of Coke from that rascal!

Nice dinner the NRA send over to celebrate my first day on the job.
Have to do something nice to show my appreciation........

Can't wait for Day 2. Roe v Wade case found in the files. Going to take it home tonight to read thoroughly. Maybe a shot with this one.

A little extra winning......

“The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday turned aside appeals of a 2017 lower court ruling by its newest justice, Brett Kavanaugh, that struck down an environmental rule imposed under former President Barack Obama regulating a potent greenhouse gas linked to climate change.

The appeals had been brought by an environmental group and companies that supported the 2015 rule that had limited hydrofluorocarbons, which are used in a variety of products including spray cans and air conditioners.”
Great, Ralph.
The Koch brothers are going to get a little bit more money and my grandchildren are going to get cancer.
That's WINNING alright!

The other side must have had a really weak case -- shot down twice in a row -- and the highest court didn't even need Kavanaugh to reach a majority decision.

Looks like a double win to me.

What's your solution, if that were to happen?
Just let Big Business do whatever the hell it likes?

The world is obviously not in bad enough shape already.
Let's just turn it into a complete cesspool, why don't we?

You don't get it, do you? The world would be a better place without the EPA.
